  • A man in athletic clothing stretching on a red running track outdoors during daytime.

  • A woman sitting on a gym floor tying her shoelaces in a gym or fitness center.

“I was back at my desk job in 3 weeks and the pain was not bad. I stopped all pain meds at 1 week. Now I love the way it looks, I love the way it feels. I told all my friends that if they need a surgery for a bunion, this is the way.”

  • Bunion surgery using minimally invasive techniques

”The recovery was great. I had a bunion done on my other foot years ago and that surgery was so painful it scared me from getting my other foot done. After talking with Dr. Sims I felt comfortable with the minimally invasive bunion surgery. I am 3 months out from surgery and I couldn’t be happier. I am thankful for this technique.”

  • Heel pain fixed with MIS Zadek osteotomy

“For years I struggled with my heel hurting. It hurt so much I couldn’t exercise and I was gaining weight. I had the MIS Zadek osteotomy 3 months ago and the pain I had before surgery is all gone. I am back in shoes and getting back to the gym.”
